I guess I had to find some way to commemorate this occasion: For the first time since I started posting five years ago, I painted my nails a color that wasn’t RED! I know, right! The sky has truly fallen! 😲😲😲 Speaking of thangs that haven’t happened in five years, can you believe it’s been at least that long since I last wore this skirt…or maybe it’s just been that long since I’ve POSTED about it? All I know is prior to this week, the skirt had no drawstring and couldn’t stay up, so yeah, I guess that means I haven’t worn it in five years. But that’s alright. The nice lady over at Kathy’s Kreations on Foothill Boulevard in Tujunga, CA hooked me up with her needle-n’-thread thang. 🪡🪡🧵🧵
Yeah, it took Kathy about five weeks for something that could’ve been done in 5 days, but she eventually got ‘er done!
So how the hell is everybody? I’ve been better. It’s hotter than Hades here in the Valley, and Chatsworth is the worst offender: The Valley of the Valley, if you will. There I am driving around for 90 minutes in this heat looking for a nice place to shoot. Chatsworth’s got tons of trails and scenic routes, but none of them are accessible by car. So I finally find a decent spot, and I’m sweating bullets setting everything up. Not because of the heat, but because deep down I know a security guard is on the way. And sure enough, within ten minutes, here comes Mr. Minimum Wage on his golf cart telling me I’m on private property! 🖕🖕💩💩

Seriously, how the fuck do you content creators and YouTubers deal with this security guard shit?! You guys be shooting in the middle of Hollywood Boulevard with 50 or 60 randos looking on and nobody says a thang. I show up with my little tripod and ring light, and suddenly I’m about to be hauled off to jail. WTF!
Whatever. Anyway, this week I started trying to move my NFTs over to this website and sell them here instead of on OpenSea. Emphasis on the word TRY, because it hasn’t been going so well. My best option right now is to just start an entire new NFT collection on the website via an app called Kredeum. Sounds great, but the only problem is Kredeum only uses MetaMask as a crypto wallet. Not only do I HATE MetaMask, but all of my crypto assets are in Coinbase Wallet. I’m gonna have to put more money into my MetaMask wallet and…it’s just a big pain in the 🍑🍑 in more ways than one.
I also learned that a ring light can also be used in the daytime, even though mine wasn’t on for that 2nd shot because I was so rushed. So anyway, we can end it there.
