Get It, Black Man!

Doin’ tha’ damn Thang at Warner Corporate Center in Woodland Hills, baby!

No really, do you get it? Black, because I’m wearing all black and I got a black purse and…aww, nevermind! So how are ya’? Me, I’m good. (Gosh, why do all of our conversations start like this!? πŸ˜•πŸ˜•) You know what? I can’t think of anything to say right now, so I’m gonna go back to working on my OpenSea page. Oh yeah, that’s new, I guess! I dropped my 1st Collection on OpenSea on Saturday, May 25 and minted my 1st NFT on the 26th.

1st ever NFT drop!

For those who don’t know, OpenSea is an Open-Source marketplace where you can sell your Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT) for cash…well, Ether. Also, for those who don’t know, NFTs are little pieces of digital artwork with their own web address known as a Smart Contract. This contract verifies your ownership of the artwork and no two contracts are the same. It’s a whole lotta mumbo-jumbo that I know you don’t have time for, but let’s just say I’m gonna be selling little doodles that I made on my laptop for about $1,800. And who WOULDN’T pay that kind of money for my scribble-scrabbles! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

My Scribble-Scrabbles made with Sketchpad.io. Amazing, right?

My plan is to turn all my selfies into NFTs so I can start making money on them. I mean, come on. With money shots like the one below, I’ll be πŸ’°πŸ’°πŸ’°πŸ’° in no time! BTW, total screw-up in shooting today. I left my black Shipt shirt at the bus stop and had to go back and get it. That’s why I shot these at Woodland Hills and not Westlake Village like I wanted to, but as you can see, everythang turned out a’ight!

Why exactly am I wearing this black shirt from Shipt when I never worked for them?

Oh yeah, I’ve decided I’m gonna teach myself to SEW. That’s right. The guy who 😴😴😴 his way through both Art AND Shop class is now gonna try and make πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘ from scratch. How the hell is that gonna happen!? Not really sure, but I’m gonna start off by learning how to deconstruct shoes and then putting them back together.

Not my 1st trip to Joann’s, but the first in a LOOOONG time!

Next, I’m gonna learn how midsoles and outsoles are constructed, then I’m gonna learn how to use drill bits and sanders and all sorts of other dangerous machines. The idea is to eventually make Wide-Fit Size 12 high-heels that people my size can actually WALK in. The sewing part is gonna come in when it’s time to make the uppers, which probably won’t happen for a few years. It’s a Long Con, I know, but it should be fun, so wish me luck.

What is it with me and WATER?

Any-who, I’ll talk to you guys later. Luv, Peace and πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘πŸ‘‘! Johnny
